What is the difference between lack of self confidence and humility?

Similarly, what is the difference between feeling self confident and being arrogant? I want to feel more confident in myself and my abilities, but when does that confidence become arrogance? I worry that people will just think I'm bragging or showing off if I behave in a confident way.
